Connor was a thorough technician and good communicator. I was A bit surprised that the cleaning (yes cleaning only) of the blower fan was going to cost some $875 (after the $69 trip charge, as I specifically Requested this be cleaned upon initial ...booking and was told it was included. ( I reiterated this more than once). Two other items were noted also to be out of spec each circa $1,000 on my 7- year old furnace. I will Confirm repairs with a second company.Read More...
